Blow-off moisture droplets from produce, fruit and vegetable production packaging lines
After washing and rinsing, any water left on fruit and veggie surfaces can lead to problems in the containers and packages.
Excessive water droplets can weaken cardboard and paper containers, and also create conditions for mold and mildew during shipment and storage. This remaining moisture can also interfere with stickers applied directly to outer fruit skins on apples, etc.
Maxum’s Patented Nozzle Bar® Air Devices were installed with a Maxumizer® Air Blower to remove any remaining droplets from these grape tomatoes to speed up production and prepare them for packaging.
