real Life Applications
Wine droplets on bottles are a problem for both product packaging and the final look of the finished bottles
Wine enthusiasts want their entire experience to be elevated. From the flavor profiles all the way to the bottle packaging and presentation. For this reason, most wine makers and bottlers go to great lengths to use fancy labels and “foils”, sometimes known as “crown” wrappers to provide a great looking bottle on the shelf.
One wine maker had excess wine left on the cork tops which caused bubbles and blisters in the fancy foil wrap placed on the bottle crown. The answer was to add a Nozzle Bar® Air Device to blow-off this excess wine before the foil wrap was added, and then finish the blow-off with longer Nozzle Bar devices after the foil and immediately prior to applying the main bottle labels.
The Result
Successful air blow-off using the Patented Nozzle Bar Air Devices resulted in excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
