Most automotive transmissions are complicated systems with anywhere from 150 to as many as 800 parts working together to move your vehicle smoothly. Many of these parts move and interact with each other, making it crucial that components are properly cleaned and dried before the transmission can be assembled.
The Automotive Drying System Solution
When a major manufacturer launched a new transmission system that required precision parts washers, Maxum was selected to provide all of the air blowers for these new machines. Our Nozzle Bar® Air Knives were integral to the project’s success, used alongside Maxumizer® Air Nozzles and mounting kits to deliver effective, custom advanced industrial blow off drying systems across 25 new machines.
The Maxum Result
Quality air blow-off was achieved at one of the world’s largest automotive transmission plants. Numerous additional Maxum systems are now in use at this facility and their nearby sister engine plant.
