Grinding & Deburring Debris are Successfully Managed With Maxum Air Blow-off
De-burring metal parts creates metal dust and particles mixed with oil and lubricants.
Customers use Maxum High Velocity Air Blow-off Equipment to successfully control this mess by removing it from the finished part surfaces.
In the first zone (Photo 1) they blow off the bulk of the metal debris to keep it within the De-burring (grinding) section.
In the next zone they give the parts a quick spray rinse followed by another set of Maxumizer® Air Knives as the final step (Photo 2) to remove the remaining rinse solution and residue from the part surfaces.
The Result
The parts are ready for their next operation, and the messy residue has been controlled.
